Before you sit down.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome at every chapter. Booking just means you pick the barber and the hour instead of us.
Can I book at a different chapter than usual?
Yes. Your notes travel with you — whoever sits you down can see the last cut.
Do prices change between chapters?
Slightly. The list shown here is Williamsburg. Check your chapter for local pricing.
What if I don’t like the cut?
Come back within seven days and we fix it, no charge. Any chapter, not just the one that cut you.
Do you cut kids’ hair?
Twelve and under, thirty minutes, same chair and same barbers.
Are your barbers salaried?
Yes. Nobody here works on commission, so nobody is upselling you.
