We opened with two chairs and a rule: nobody leaves a chapter with a cut we wouldn’t put our name on. Six shops later that rule is the only thing we’ve never rewritten.
Growing was the easy part. Keeping the work identical across six cities is the part we’re actually proud of — same training, same tools, same twenty-page book every barber learns before touching a client.
